Thank you for considering Dutchess Photography services for your upcoming wedding. We understand that while planning a wedding is a very exciting time, it can also be extremely busy. It is our desire to make booking your wedding photographer as simple as possible.
Book your wedding in four easy steps…
Step 1: Complete the wedding questionnaire.
Step 2:Â After you submit your questionnaire, it will be reviewed. If your date is available and we are able to provide photography services, based on your needs, you will be notified via email, and asked to select your package option. Or, if you would like a customized package option, we can create one for you, and send you a quote.
Step 3: The consultation. We offer in-person consultations, or we can meet virtually, via a Zoom meeting. During the consultation, we will discuss your wedding details, and any questions that either of us may have. The photographer requests that, if possible, you send your questions to her, prior to the consultation, so that she can come to the meeting fully prepared.
Step 4: After the consultation, you will be sent a contract that contains the agreed upon services, and an invoice for the retainer fee. Once the contract has been electronically signed, and the retainer fee has been paid, your date is secured. Your wedding date will be reserved for seven days, to allow you time to review and electronically sign your contract, and pay your retainer fee.
The Final Consultation
Three weeks prior to your wedding date, we will meet again to confirm the photography details that were discussed in the first consultation, and to discuss any changes that may have taken place since our last meeting. Of course, you can always reach out to us, at any point, in the wedding planning process.
